Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Mealrt (the "Service"). By creating an account or using Mealrt, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The Service

Mealrt is an AI wellness coach that provides adaptive meal plans, logging, reminders, and conversational guidance. Features may change over time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 14 to use Mealrt. You're responsible for your account, the accuracy of the information you provide, and keeping your credentials secure.

3. Free trial, subscriptions & payments

Free trial: new accounts get a 3-day free trial. After it ends, an active plan is required to keep using coaching and logging; you can still view your recent activity.
Plans: we offer a 90-day plan and a monthly plan. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled; the 90-day plan is a one-time term and we'll notify you before it ends.
Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase.
Cancellation & refunds: you can cancel anytime in the app. Cancelling a recurring plan stops future renewals; see in-app messaging for any refund window.
Promo codes: codes are single-purpose, may expire or be limited, and carry no cash value.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity, no attempts to break security, scrape, or reverse-engineer, and no use that harms others or the Service.

Not medical advice. Mealrt offers general wellness information and is not medical, nutritional, or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional before making health decisions, and seek emergency help when needed.

5. Intellectual property

Mealrt and its content are owned by us and our licensors. You keep ownership of the content you submit and grant us the license needed to operate the Service for you.

6. Termination

You may stop using Mealrt and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mealrt is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Changes, law & contact

We may update these Terms and will revise the date above; continued use means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by applicable law in our operating jurisdiction. Questions? Email hello@mealrt.com.
